Refund policy

SYLARIS™ accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@sylaris.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on opened wellness patches.
